This is an ideal way to raise between $300 and $5,000. Great for little leagues, Charity Organizations, Churches and School Groups.
Example: Each potential bowlers sells a ticket for (ie.) $15.00 to attend a bowling fundraiser party which could include 3 games of bowling and shoe rental. Fun bowling games like (Red pin, 3-6-9 Pin, No-Tap, etc.) may be included. These fun formats help the Novice Bowler score a higher game, which increases their enjoyment.
For each ticket you sell, your group keeps the Ticket price minus the bowling fees for the 3 games of bowling and shoe rental (ie. $8.00).
Ticket sells for $15 minus $8 for bowling fees= $7 from each ticket goes toward your Fundraiser. If people who bought the ticket do not attend the bowling fundraising party your group gets to keep all $15 of the ticket price.
Say your Group sells 200 tickets @ $15.00 each for a total of $3,000. If 120 people attend the bowling fundraiser party your group keeps $840.00 (120 people x $7.00 each) For the 80 people that did not attend, your group keeps an additional $1,200.00 (80 x $15 each)
Total Raised for your Group= $2,040
The Fundraiser Party can also add more funds to their event by incorporating Corporate Lane Sponsors. Lane Sponsors may range from $50 a lane to $1,000 a lane to increase the potential funds your event may raise. Corporate Sponsors would receive a sign above their sponsored lane, P.A. Announcements throughout the event and the option of distributing promotional material to all participants of the event.
Example: If the above Fundraiser Party included Corporate Sponsors for $100 across 32 lanes their additional funds would be $3,200 ($100 x 32 lanes).
Total Raised for your Group after Corporate Sponsors = $5,240
This fundraiser is perfect for Sports Teams, Girls and Boys Scouts, Churches, etc...
Each person in your group planning to attend the bowling fundraising event would solicit pledges based upon the number of total pins knocked down by that person during the event. Example below is based on a pledge donating 3¢ for every pin knocked down.
Example: Average score per bowler per game= 135 pins
135 pins x 3¢ = $4.05
$4.05 x 3 games of bowling= $12.15
$12.15 x 15 Pledges per person= $182.25
50 Bowlers that collect $182.25= $9,112.50
(Less the cost of Bowling for 50 people= $350.00)
Total Raised for your Group = $8,762.50
Get the members of your group or organization to join a Short Season Program and raise money throughout the season. Example: 30 people join a Program for 12 weeks that pay $12.00 each week for bowling. If you bowled 3 games each week for a fee of $8, then your Fundraiser would keep the additional $4 per person per week. ($4 x 12 weeks x 30 people= $1,440) The Center would keep weekly bowling stats and provide in-house banking until the finish of the program.
You design the Program (the length of the program, the price paid each week, the day and time, do they bowl every other week). Make fundraising fun and give your members the opportunity to spend quality time together!
Total raised for your Group= $1,440

The Center would provide you with activated Gift Cards that may be used for Open Bowling Purchases including Cosmic Bowling, Birthday Parties, Group Parties or Recreational Bowling. Gift Cards will be activated with a BONUS and for each Gift Card sold your group keeps a percentage of the sales.
Gift Cards valued at $15 can be sold for a discounted price of $10 and your Fundraiser will keep $2 for each card sold!
Example: You keep $2.00 for every $15 Gift Card sold at a $10 discounted price. If a Soccer Program of 100 kids each sold 10 Gift Cards your group could raise $2,000.
(100 kids x 10 cards each x $2.00 = $2,000.00)
Total Raised for your Group = $2,000.00
